From time to time a garment may not perform as you expected. In the unlikely event that you believe the goods to be faulty or have a manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair the product, at our discretion. This excludes wear and tear from normal use of the product, as well as any damage due to improper use or an accident.

The following are not regarded as defects:
·faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
·damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
· damage arising from excessive chlorine exposure;
· damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
· damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
· damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product; and
· where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
