In the unlikely event that you believe the goods to be faulty or have a manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair the product, at our discretion. This excludes wear and tear from normal use of the product, as well as any damage due to improper use or an accident.

· where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
